Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

· Manage and motivate a team of store employees, providing guidance and support as needed.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
· Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

· Analyse sales and customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

 

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.

· Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

· Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
