Knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis
· Should Know MSP, BAR Chart, Primavera efficient in Ms-office
· Knowledge of IRC, MORTH, IS- CODES
· Contract Management knowledge is must
· Tender analysis & Prebid analysis work
· Planning, Monitoring & Controlling Knowledge
· Estimation of Quantities for Project
· Material Reconciliation of Projects
· Monitoring of DPR & Updating Physical, Financial Progress of the Projects
· Maintaining records for billing
· Preparing Presentation on monthly basis to management
· Preparing MPR on Monthly Basis
· Updating daily records (Material utilization & Site progress)
