Develop and implement quality control procedures, standards, and inspection processes to maintain consistent product quality.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant industry standards, certifications, and customer-specific requirements.
Defect Analysis: Investigate and analyze defects or non-conformities, implementing corrective and preventive actions to prevent future occurrences.
Supplier Quality: Collaborate with procurement to evaluate and monitor the quality of raw materials and components from suppliers.
Training and Development: Conduct training programs to enhance the quality awareness and skills of production staff.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and quality enhancement, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
Audits and Certifications: Prepare for and participate in quality audits, maintaining ISO or other certifications.
Customer Feedback: Address customer complaints and feedback promptly, taking corrective actions and communicating resolutions
